Lovely, quiet low season. Pool to ourselves. Accommodating about travel cot. Diversified, high-quality entertainment shows. Indoor heated swimming pool. Friendly staff. No cars in camp area. Convenient street train.
Nothing, it was perfect.

The facilities were pretty
The hotel hosted a party for about 50 people, discotheque format and noise level right next to our room. The noise went on until 4:30 am. We didn't sleep but a couple of hours. It wasn't fully booked, so they could have housed us elsewhere. Reception wasn't available at 2 am when we realized that a good night's sleep was doomed. Very angry still about this place!

In our opinion this should not be classified as a hotel. The double room we were given was to say the least very small, there was nowhere to hang clothes, just a shelf unit.On trying to use the shower we found that the water was cold. We tried to get something to eat but the restaurant was closed, the shop was closed and the bar was only open for a very short while. The building is just a concrete block with no facilities at all, one end of the building was held up by scaffold poles. We did pay the excess and moved to a chalet as it would not have been possible to stay in that room for a week.

We had a fantastic stay at this campground. The entertainment shows in the evening were diverse and of high quality. The indoor heated swimming pool allowed us to swim even during bad weather. The staff, whether at reception, in the restaurant, or part of the entertainment team, were all very friendly. No cars were allowed in the camp area, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. We appreciated the small street train that brought us to the city center and the beaches, making parking our car hassle-free.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

One member of the staff was very helpful, all of the other staff were rude and unhelpful.
The accomadation needed cleaning which i did myself and when the maid came on the 12th day the day we left I watched her clean the cabin in 2 minutes . No floors were washed and no maintenance done.

Nice clean rooms all look really new
The outdoor pool was not yet built and so couldn't go swimming with kids which was not previously told to us. Also the bar shut at 9 on a night and not anywhere else to go. Restaurant was only open one night in a weeks stay and that was a bbq which definatly was not worth the money. Two minute peice of meat and then 20 mins later brought us out a small tray of chips!!! Beware tho they give you everything in french and on this it does stipulate that if you do not leave your room clean and tidy you are chanrged 280euro plus different changes. Ok for those who has a car and can get about and just need somewhere to sleep but overall not the holiday we expected

It has a fancy water park with hot tub, sauna, and hammam. There's also a kids' club during French school holidays. Mobile homes have a terrace and kitchen. Such a luxurious 5-star camping experience!
Missed the laundry charge and anxious about the cleaning/damage deposit! Oh, and no mention of a gold-plated toilet.

Pool - but having said that the covered pool was not heated
Stayed in Prestige Chalet - very expensive considering you have to clean up after your stay. No bed linen or towels - had to pay £40+ to hire for the week - could have bought them for cheaper!. Lack of facilities - shop closed most of the day, no where to get food or drink during the day. Better facilities at campsite round the corner - which we used often. Long way from the beach - no direct walk you needed to go on the small train which was often full and the drivers left you standing. No air conditioning in our chalet which was unbearable when the temperature was over 34. Staff generally rude even though we tried to speak the language. Also noticed one price for them and another for us going on when buying drinks and refreshments. No sun brollies around the pool and not many sun loungers either. To sum up basic to poor facilities at top cost - will not be going back - or recommending to others - only saving grace for this holiday was that the weather was fantastic

Very peaceful site, great pool facilites, well kept gardens
some of the "entertainment" that went on tll midnight most nights was a bit poor - namely the kareoke! It can be heard throughout the site so it needs to be good!

I absolutely loved the peaceful and family friendly atmosphere at this resort. It was perfect for someone like me, a senior woman, looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The hotel's decoration was tastefully done, with a warm and inviting ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy to navigate around, even for someone with limited mobility. It was a delight to find that the hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with amenities and facilities designed to cater to our needs.
The only thing I would have wished for a better vacation for senior people is if the staff were a bit more attentive. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were not as well-trained in customer service as they could have been.

nothing
We can not recommend to stay in the hotel rooms of this facility! The rooms are not well equipped. To make things worse the windows point to the plaza between restaurant and bar where a DJ turned up making music with incredible volume. No way to go sleeping.

The facilities for the children, the layout of the gites and chalets amongst the trees.
It was not clear when I booked it that it was not run along the same basis as a hotel, because it came up under the hotel search. My family did not realise about the clearing up at the end because of this. Also, the picture showed one step, and by phone Booked.net told me there was one step. When we got there there were 3 steps, which made it impossible for the wheelchair. They justified it saying that they never claimed it was disabled friendly. The reality is on the site there are 4 chalets that do claim to be, but only allow for a disabled person plus carer. They assume disabled people have no family.

I recently had a solo travel adventure in a charming holiday camp near the beautiful coast. the location was perfect, with affordable transportation options to the beach and town. the accommodation was generally good, with a comfortable bed and a refreshing shower. the campsite had a fantastic swimming pool, complete with water slides, which provided endless fun. the surrounding areas were great to explore, with picturesque landscapes and convenient public transportation. it was a delightful experience for a women traveling alone.
It was disappointing to find out that certain amenities, such as an oven or grill, were not available.

This place is advertised as a 10 minute walk from the beach, which is false. When I questioned the manager about this he got very defensive. He showed me a point on the map where the place is located, then showed me the beach on the map and said, "from here to the beach is 1km" as he drew a straight line between the two locations on the map. He refursed to say how long the walk to the beach was, only to answer again, "it is 1km from here to the beach". It is impossible to walk that straight line to the beach. .
I will be filing a complaint with Booked.net and request a refund. I will also dispute the charges with my credit card company.

It is very basic and designed for people who know all about the strict rules for "Le Camping" which means you have to bring everything with you. Even if you are staying in "prestige" accommodation (i.e. gite/cottage) you have to pay for sheets & towels (10eu per bed) and these are not changed during your stay. It is not just self-catering it is self-everything! that means cleaning every last corner of the property before leaving otherwise its a 60eu fine. Some basic crockery and cutlery is supplied but only one sharp knife (serrated edge). Otherwise not even a sheet of toilet paper. It is quite far from the beach - but there is a regular connection by "train-bus" and you could cycle. There is ample car parking at the North beach but its 14 eu for a sun bed per day. If you are coming by car and can bring everything with you know the rules, fine; if you are flying in from England, then you need to know about how these places operate or you will be in for some bitter surprises. If your expectations are low, then you might have a good time. For the same price (or a little more) you could stay in a 4star hotel with good service. I would never come back.
